Q: Who is ID2ME.com?
A: ID2ME.com is an online secure storage facility owned by ID2ME.com, with offices in Las Vegas and Vancouver.

Q: What does ID2ME do?
A: ID2ME provides a single secure online site where you can store and access all your vital documents -- legal, medical, financial, insurance and others -- 24/7, anywhere in the world.

Q: How do I get records into my ID2ME.com account?
A: When you register with ID2ME, you establish your own user ID and password. Every document emailed, uploaded, faxed, phoned etc to your vault is placed in your ID2ME vault. You then can view, organize and retrieve these records online.

Q: Can I upload images?
A: Most of the documents we hold are images. ID2ME gives you the ability to upload almost any images such as x-rays, scans and MRIs into your account directly from your PC. Electronic documents are, of course, stored as well.

Q: What about the confidentiality and security of my information?
A: One of ID2ME's primary concerns is the security and confidentiality of your documents, which is why ID2ME provides state-of-the-art security as well as encryption technology if you want it.

Q: How much does the basic ID2ME vault cost?
A: Your ID2ME vault starts at less than $4 per month. There are no hidden costs. Additional services and expanded storage are of course available -- see "Service Options" for details.

Q: What happens when one of my documents is faxed in for storage?
A: Each time a document is faxed to your account, ID2ME will e-mail you a notification to all addresses that you specified when you registered. These e-mail addresses can be on your computer, on a text-enabled cell phone or a text pager. The next time you sign in to your account, you will see a list of faxed documents in your ID2ME "My Account."

Q: How do I view one of my documents?
A: Just click on the one you want to see. The only limitation is that the computer you are using must be able to read the document type you stored (i.e. jpeg or pdf). Since ID2ME puts no restrictions on document types, you might want to make sure you store your documents in a format you feel you will be able to read on most of the computers you would use. Q: How do I store my documents?
A: ID2ME provides you with 4 file drawers for categorizing and storing your documents. To store your documents, simply click on the "My Account" link. Once you are signed in, you can select the document drawer and (if you have added them) folder you want to use. Then use any of the offered transfer options to store the document. For more details, see "Service Options".

Q: How do I organize my records after they are stored?
A: All Clients have four drawers to sort documents into. Additional folders can be added to each drawer. ID2ME does not impose any complex sorting structure on your documents but you can add folders with ten-packs or hundred-packs. For more details, see "Service Options".

Q: Do I have control of printing out my records?
A: Yes. You can set several print control levels, ranging from no copies to unlimited. And you can define a unique print level for each allowed Guest. For more details, see "Service Options".

Q: Can I give someone else access to my information?
A: Yes. ID2ME provides a number of ways to do this while still keeping your own ID and pasword secret. For more details, see "Service Options".

Q: Can I delete information from my account?
A: Yes, you can delete any document a number of ways. See "Service Options" for details.

Q: Can I cancel the service?
A: Yes. You can cancel your ID2ME subscription at any time no questions asked. Any remaining payment for the current month will be held in your account as a credit.

Q: Can I talk to a live Client Support person if I am having problems?
A: Yes. ID2ME offers 24/7 Client Support at 1-866-92-ID2ME. Or contact us by e-mail by clicking "Contact us" in the left column.

Q: What if I forget my user ID or password?
A: Click on "Forgot my ID/password" at the bottom of the left column or contact ID2ME customer service support at 1-866-92-ID2ME.
